From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and efficient. Mauricio took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and he delivered far beyond my expectations. When I picked up my car, I could hardly believe it was the same vehicle I dropped off—the paint had a deep, beautiful shine, the interior was spotless, and even those hard-to-reach areas were perfectly clean. Did an absolutely incredible job on my Miata before storing it for the winter. Highly recommend. Great pricing too, I got the clay bar exterior package. Will be back for sure!

Mauricio exceeded our expectations again with our second vehicle we took to him. The interior was spotless like a new car. The dull spots on the roof were taken care of and it sparkles again. The stains on the rims are gone and the tires shine. I'd recommend Mauricio at Smart Auto Details to anyone.

Maurice was absolutely amazing! I get my truck detailed once a year for spring cleaning! I found Smart Auto Details through googling and reading many reviews. I went with them this year and am absolutely sold! I can NOT believe how clean my truck is SERIOUSLY! I’m so satisfied and thankful I found this location! I will forever bring my truck back to this spot! AND Maurice is nice as hell! He was so kind and honest and flexible with me, even when I was running late! Take my advice and thank me later!!!!! Muah! Noteworthy, the location was in Brecksville, OH I may have clicked the one in Akron….thanks again Maurice!

Picked up our car yesterday afternoon and WOW! What a great job. We had lots and lots of pet hair, so paid the additional for that and it’s all gone! Also paid for engine bay cleaning and it looks beautiful. Will definitely use this place again. The owner is friendly and accommodating. I had to reschedule a couple times and he was gracious about it. Our rusty car hasn’t looked this good in a long time.

Bring your car here to get back the ‘brand new car’ look & smell! I brought my 9 yr old Subaru Forester here full of dirt, coffee stains, pet hair. The interior is now spotless, including every nook & cranny. And the exterior hasn’t been this shiny (including the wheels) since I brought it home 9 yrs ago. Very satisfied customer.

100% satisfied with the service offered here. They were professional, on time, courteous, and did an amazing job. My interior looks brand new. They were able to totally remove my headliner staining. They also steamed under the hood and it was totally worth it. The cost is justified for the quality of service. I'm already planning to return with my other vehicle in the near future. If you are between this place and one of the mobile service companies, choose this one, you won't regret it!

I brought my Mercedes to Smart Auto Details, and Mauricio did an absolutely incredible job with the ceramic coating. From the moment he picked my the car, I could tell I was in good hands. Mauricio is not only knowledgeable and passionate about his work — he’s a true perfectionist. The finish on my car is flawless. The ceramic coating gave it an ultra-deep shine, and the paint feels silky smooth to the touch. Water beads off like magic, and even minor imperfections are gone. If you’re considering ceramic detailing, I can’t recommend Smart Auto Details and Mauricio enough. Professional, trustworthy, and truly skilled — a 5-star experience all around!
